HDF Engineered Strand Woven Bamboo Flooring is the right choice whether your style is traditional, transitional, or modern. With a Janka rating of 4000, it’s three and a half times harder than Red Oak. Another feature of this flooring is a 11-layer polyurethane/aluminum oxide finish with a high scratch resistance. You can lay flooring in a drop-in-click style. Because of the tongue and groove profile, you can install on and above grade. Before installation, make sure your home has a consistent room temperature of 65 degrees F – 75 degrees F and relative humidity (RH) of 40-55 percent. Avoid continuous deviation from these conditions, as it will affect the dimensions of the flooring (see installation guide for more details).
